At Zivlo, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. Under the UK GDPR and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the deletion of all personal data we hold about you. This is known as the "right to erasure" or "right to be forgotten".
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your personal data, please send an email to:

- Your full name
- The email address associated with your Zivlo account
- The phone number(s) associated with your account (if applicable)
- Whether you are requesting deletion of your entire account or specific data only
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted:
- Your account profile information (name, email, phone number, address)
- Call history and call metadata
- Guardian and protected member associations
- SafeList entries
- Device registrations and push notification tokens
- Activity logs and security logs
Data We May Need to Retain
In accordance with UK tax and financial regulations, we may be required to retain certain billing and transaction records for up to 7 years. We will inform you if any data falls under a legal retention obligation.
What to Expect
Acknowledgement within 48 hours
We will confirm receipt of your request and may ask you to verify your identity for security purposes.
Processing within 30 days
Under GDPR, we are required to respond to your request within one calendar month. In most cases, we will complete the deletion much sooner.
Confirmation of deletion
Once your data has been deleted, we will send you a final confirmation email. After this point, the deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Important Information
- Deleting your data will permanently close your Zivlo account and cancel any active subscription.
- Any phone numbers assigned to your account will be released and can no longer be used for call forwarding.
- Guardians and protected members linked to your account will lose access to the service.
- This action is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

In addition to the right to erasure, you also have the right to:
- Access your data— request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
- Rectify your data— ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete information
- Restrict processing— ask us to limit how we use your data
- Data portability— receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Object to processing— object to certain uses of your personal data
