Please read the following important information about using Zivlo.

By using Zivlo, you confirm that you have obtained the express permission of the person whose calls will be monitored (the Protected Member, e.g. Granny). Call monitoring should only be set up with their full knowledge and agreement. All callers to a protected number will be informed that the call is being monitored.

Zivlo works by forwarding the protected person's incoming calls to a UK 0330 number, regulated by Ofcom to be “local rate” or cheaper, regardless of where in the UK you are calling from. This may result in a small additional charge from their phone provider, although calls to national rate numbers are typically included in most standard mobile and landline tariff packages.

Please check that the protected person is on a contract which allows call forwarding / diverts. We are aware that many PAYG mobile tariffs do NOT allow call forwarding. Landline providers may charge for a call forwarding service. Please check with the protected person's (eg Granny) provider that they do allow call forwarding before proceeding.

Your use of Zivlo is governed by our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which set out what Zivlo does and does not do, the things outside our control (including missed calls), the third-party costs you may incur, and the limits of our responsibility under English law.
